AODA

AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) is passed in 2005. AODA is as per the Ontarians with Disabilities Act. It has established the requirements that both the public and private agencies must follow to have access to Ontarians who are residing with in capabilities. The aim is to have a barrier-free Ontario. AODA didn’t replace the Ontario Human Rights Code, which prohibits discrimination against human beings with disabilities. It also involves standards for website accessibility.
